USB 3.0 support on windows 7

Hello,
Can Some one let me know do we have support for the USB 3.0 if the hardware is supported.

If the drivers are installed for USB 3.0 then yes there will be support. But there is not native support, so drivers must be installed for USB 3.0 functionality. If USB 3.0 drivers are not installed the ports will function as USB 2.0 ports.

As long as you have the USB 3.0 chipset on your system and you have blue-colored USB ports then you have 3.0.

There are I believe two different chipset makers out there for USB 3.0; one is Etron and the other is Renasas. I believe there are others too, I just can't find them at the moment.
