Unable to start debugging in web server using VS.NET 2005

Hello

I have windows 7 home premium installed in my system.
I am using VS.NET 2005 for application development.
But I am unable to debug my application as it throws error saying..
"Unable to start debugging in web server. Debug failed because Integrated Windows Authentication is not enabled"
What should I do to resolve it so that I can debug my ASP.NET Application..
Any Idea...?
