System Crash & BSOD, please help to revive my laptop

I've attached a zip folder with my dump files in hopes that my laptop can be salvaged.
A friend suggested that I upgrade to Windows 10, that it would fix the problems. I don't know nor will I even attempt it in fear of it crashing during the upgrade.
