Shift click on Windows Explorer improvment.

I have Windows Explorer pinned to the task bar. I found you can Shift
click on the icon and it will open another instance.

It would be nice if you could shift click on a folder and have it open
in a new window.

Right click on the folder and select "Open in new window."
