Server busy popup on loss of GSM acknowledgement

Hello,
I have connected GSM with my PC. When sending a text message from it if there is a delay in the acknowledgement from GSM, i am getting a popup called "Sever Busy". this is affecting my automated scripts in my project. So i want to disable that popup even though there is a communication mismatch. Can anyone help on this.
