Remove glow from taskbar

I can't use the .msstyle file even though I have already patched the 3 files necessary to be patched using UXTHEME PATCHER. How do you install it on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1?

If you are running Windowx 7 x64, you need to Patch 5 (3 + 2) files, in both: "UniversalThemePatcher-x64.exe" AND "UniversalThemePatcher-x86.exe"
