Random BSOD's

I recently bought a used Toshiba A665-S6094 and restored it to factory, it worked fine when I got it but in the process of trying to get windows and drivers up to date I have started getting random BSOD's. I will walk away from the computer and when I come back it will say it has recovered from one. Attached are the system dumps from the most recent crashes as well as additional system info. Also interestingly windows update now says that I have never updated my computer and wont allow me to manually install the hotfix that is supposed to solve that problem. I'm not sure if the two are related or not.
