Hi kamiszful and Welcome to The Forum.

STOP 0x00000019: BAD_POOL_HEADER
Usual causes:
Device driver.

Your latest dump file lists fileinfo.sys as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes. Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.

As a Priority:

You've done a pretty good job of keeping your system up to date. So, pray tell, why no SP1?? Update now.
Make sure your system is fully updated including SP1.
Download and install the correct system readiness tool prior to installing SP1.
System Update Readiness Tool for 32bit (x86)
System Update Readiness Tool for 64bit (x64)

Apart from that:

AVG is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. Suggest that you uninstall it. Download the correct AVG Remover for your system (32 or 64 bit).
If you have AVG ID protection installed, download the AVGID Protection Remover from the above link as well (it wouldn't hurt to download and run it anyway). Download BSOD friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as AVG's replacement.
Uninstall AVG through the Control Panel. Re-boot to Safe Mode and run the AVG Removal tool(s). Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled! After your blue screens have been resolved, feel free to re-try AVG.

What kind of error do you receive with the install for the service pack? Or is it just that the Windows Update status shows "Failed"?

Have you tried booting in a Clean Boot state? To install the service pack? Perhaps you have a security program such as an Antivirus that might be blocking it from installing?

Run System File Checker as it should repair any corrupt system files (most of the time):

Code:
sfc /scannow
Reboot if it's found any integrity violations, and then boot the system up into a Clean Boot state as mentioned previously to try to reinstall the service pack.

Information on how to boot into a Clean Boot state can be found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Please post back with any updates or results.

I think it's most important now to see what sfc /scannow could not fix.

Open your command prompt and we're going to try a command here:
Code:
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log > "%UserProfile%\Desktop\results.txt"
the findstr command utilizes a regex search pattern which should enable us to return lines from the CBS.log that contain the most crucial information about the possible errors.

Make sure it's entered in properly, and then post the results of the results.txt which should be created to your desktop after the command is finished.

Okay, so the command found a file that it couldn't repair, but the hash compared from original file to the file you have confirms a mismatch...

Code:
2012-01-23 07:27:24, Info
CSI    0000049f
[SR] Cannot repair member file [l:20{10}]"mfc90u.dll" of Microsoft.VC90.MFC,
Version = 9.0.30729.4148,
pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0),
Culture neutral, VersionScope neutral,
PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b},
Type = [l:10{5}]"win32",
TypeName neutral,
PublicKey neutral in the store,
hash mismatch
Code:
"mfc90u.dll" of Microsoft.VC90.MFC
You use Visual Studio? If you wanted to repair this file, just extract the file from vcruntime.exe which you should be able to download from Microsoft and replace the corrupted DLL. According to Microsoft this was introduced in 2008 with VC90.

If you have any issues, I might recommend a repair install: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html

This will show you how to do a repair install (aka: in-place upgrade install) to fix your currently installed Windows 7 and preserve your user accounts, data, programs, and system drivers.
