periphal driver for window7 starter

i wanna connect internet from my nokia N71 to ma hp laptop via bluetooth,,but it is notifying abt missing of periphal drivers ,,can u plz help me m in trouble

Does your laptop have a built-in bluetooth receiver? Make/model of your laptop?

Windows 7 Starter has limitations built-in, I do not know if no bluetooth is one of them or not.
