[OT] How connect with Google Hang Out?

I have used Google+ Hang Out on occasion, but haven't used it in awhile.
I need a small boost. Today I signed on to my gmail account, but see no
way to go for HO. What next?

Do you see a "Chat" icon (unlabeled) at the lower left? Click it.

It just says I don't have anyone to chat with now.

As I recall, one can get to the HO page, which shows the viewing screen,
and some ability to take a picture of the viewing area.

It seems a bit screwy that the black icon you refer to doesn't carry at
least something like "Click for chat status".

If you're on a Google+ page, on the left side of the page, hover over
the "home" icon. You'll then get a menu & "Hangouts on Air" is one of them.

Great idea!

I must have gone wrong some place. I'm not looking for people to hang
out with. I want to specifically get to one person in Europe. I've done
this before.
