NTOSkrnl.exe BSOD (Repeated, Mindumps attached)

Hello there,

Do excuse if the information I give is spotty. Debugging for my betrothed so, second hand info. She's been experiencing repeated BSOD on her laptop. Had her run Bluescreen Viewer, all NTOSkrnl.exe crashes, which from my own experience are not easily solved.

Had her send me the minidumps. Please see attached. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately all the dumps point to NTOSkrnl.exe which is the Windows kernal and is of no help for a novice debugger like myself.

The best advice I can offer is to scan the computer for viruses with an up-to-date antivirus software. If a virus is not the issue then visit the website of the computer manufacturer and make sure you have all the latest drivers installed.
