From Hardware Canucks & Microsoft 6-10-2011
Microsoft has given notice that next week’s Patch Tuesday will be bigger than normal, containing 16 security updates that will address 34 vulnerabilities.
These updates will patch vulnerabilities found in Windows (from XP to 7), Internet Explorer, Office, Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Silverlight. 9 of these updates are ranked critical, while the other seven are flagged as important.
On the same day that Microsoft plans to release this bigger than normal collection of patches, Adobe will release security updates for Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat as part of its quarterly patching cycle.
The Microsoft updates will be released on Tuesday, June 14, at 10AM Pacific.
