Need help w/Win 7 SP1 AIK install

I have the option of creating a boot disc through NOD32 to scan for viruses, malware, etc. But it won't allow me to create this boot disc w/o the AIK being installed.

I'm downloading it (AIK for Win 7 SP1) now. Does this need to be done on a fresh install, or can it be done at anytime?
