Don't know if there any flight simulator enthusiast in here but....
MS announced that they will start the closed beta for Flight soon in January, and you can sign up in their page, here: http://www.microsoft.com/games/flight/ You will need to have a Windows Live ID.
I'm not signing up until open beta.
