Would like to install Microsoft Office 2010 on a Different Computer

I currently have Microsoft Office 2010 installed on my Windows 32 bit Vista HP A205 and would like to uninstall it and install it on my new HP EliteBook 8460p 64 bit Windows 7 Professional notebook.
I have the license code for MS office.
Can you tell me what website I should download the 64 bit version from?
