Motherboard: M3A770DE
CPU: Phenom II 955BE
RAM: Corsair XMS3 3x2GB DDR3 1333 CAS9 1.5v
GPU: XFX Radeon HD4670 DDR2
DAC: Asus Xonar D1
PSU: Antec Earthwatts 500
OS: Windows 7 64bit (I have quite a few 32bit programs installed, if that helps)
Nothing OCed and temps are normal (CPU < 40C, systemp < 35C)
all drivers installed for everything but the sound card

MEMORY MANAGEMENT:
Windows diagnostics memory tool showed I had some kind of hardware error when I had all three plugged in. But when I plugged each stick into DIMM slot 1, and ran the same tests, they all ran clean. I reinstalled motherboard drivers, plugged all the ram back in, and the diagnostics tool said it was okay. So far so good, but then I got a new BSOD

IRQL:
Ran concurrently with MEMORY MANAGEMENT

Bugcheck: Here's where I'm completely lost. If someone could analyze this, that'd be really cool.

Type systeminfo in a command prompt then press enter. It will tell you the Realtek lan you have. If it is 8111, use this link to update. If anything else, search the left side of the link instead:
