How much memory can I use?

I just bought second hand Samsung Laptop, NP350V5C-S02AU.
Comes with I7-3610QM Processor,
Have put in Samsung 850 PRO SSD 512 Gb. Increased speed in many areas, very happy,
Tried online to find how much ram and what speed i could use. Only has 4 Gb in one slot.
All i got was many solutions, none the same. Downloaded HWiNFO64 v 5.04-2630 to get a better look at my specs.
Then I selected Intel Core I7-3610QM. scrolled down to ...

Can anyone help translating this info into how much and what speed ram i can use. I know DDR3L is 1.35 volt.

I'm not having any luck finding memory specs for the Australian version. The US version specs are 8GB max. I figure they are the same though, just not certain.
