LibreOffice and Win 7 Start Menu

All the programs I have pinned to the Start Menu show you the most
recent number of files used when you mouse-hover in the start menu.
Except the components of LibreOffice. I checked LibreOffice help and
also their website support but there is no mention at all. I also tried
the website support of OpenOffice but the two are more or less the same.
I wonder if anyone here has noticed this and has already found a solution.

Thanks in advance.

What version of LO?
I have 3.4.4 and it works here. Do you not get a little arrow on the
right-hand edge of the pane next to (say) LO Writer?

I am using 3.4.5 and that little arrow is exactly what I'm missing. All
my other pinned programs have it.

Well, 3.4.5 works OK on my PC, it shows the arrow point and the recent
files too.
