isable "hardware, Advanced, System Protection, Remote" tabs in system properties(sysdm.cpl) dialog-b

I want to disable "hardware, Advanced, System Protection, Remote" tabs from system properties dialog box( screen shot attached).

The user should only able to access change computer name feature. Other feature should bedisabled/removed.

I there any way to achieve it?
