Infinite Boot Logo after d windows loading screen

Hai,
I ve installed n able to get into Windows 7 . But Wen Im trying to re-install d OS , after d "windows loading" screen , system getting retsart , Even im not able to get into d repair screen , pls help me to resolve

As I understand, you have installed Windows 7, and use it without any issues.

After that, somehow, you want to reinstall it, like a clean installation of Windows 7.

Then you did, but after that, you stuck at restart loop?

Are you able to access Safe Mode?

Yes, i ve tried all d troubleshooting, even with usb , DVD , Hiren bootCD & Repair disk , nothing wrked. I can able to login to windows ,, Wen i try to boot/install any OS -> its keep on restrting, Not able to boot,,,,,
