I have a horizontal green line on the top screen when streaming video

I have a 3d 1080p SONY VAI
When ever i try and stream video I get a horizontal translucent gree
line going across the screen of the video im trying to watch.does anyone kno
how to get rid of it???Please help,Thanx

Go to the Adobe Flash control panel and disable hardware acceleration. You
untick the box, like in this example.

It's the only control in Flash, that does anything

Also, there's a sample of the problem in this picture. You
could tell us, whether your problem looks like this or not.
