hp wifi driver

good day for all
may any body help me to solve thıs trouble
whatever ı ınstall the lan or wı fı drıvers on my laptop hp2000 416dx
doesnt work at all
ı cannot connect the net unless the network work
but some drıvers not ınstalled correctly . ıt says
or ınstalled and after ı restart ı cannot turn wifi on
how we can solved plz

You have to know which adapter you have, because there are at least 4 different drivers available. See HP Network Drivers.

Are you installing the driver from the HP Support Assistant?

Or from your laptops page HERE?

They cannot connect to the network from that machine lan nor wi-fi so don't think the HP Support Assistant could help. They would have to use a different computer with network connectivity to download the drivers and transfer them over with a flash drive or something similar.

Sorry about that.

However they can use the HP support Assistant to identify the correct drivers to download.
