Hiberfile.sys and Pagefile.sys Cleanup HOW?

hi, my Windows 7 x32bit is working bit slow and i don't have much space on my C drive, i have notice that the PAGEFILE.SYS AND HIBERFILE.SYS are consuming a lot of space
that is

Pagefile.sys is consuming about 6,705,358KB and hiberfile.sys about 5,114,044kb

is their any tool for cleaning this files.

They are system files and are controlled by the operating system. If 11GB is a lot of space then consider adding a second harddrive or uninstalling some programs (games especially can use lots of space depending on your installation options).
