Font size and type

Is there a way to change the font style and size of the site to something a little bit more appealing and just a tad bit larger in size. Even the length of the sentence is for in the box. For me when reading post's that are long winded, that it looks like one big run on sentence...and pains me to say I just don't want to read it..

Unfortunately, I'm not able to change the font size on the site easily, as all of the graphics elements are designed around this specific font height. However, if you press CTRL and the + button (or mouse scroll wheel), you should be able to adjust the font size to whatever you like when you're on the site.

Next time there's a re-design, I'll take in to account font size options as I think this has been mentioned before so there is a desire for it in the community .
