i am try to burn an iso downloaded win 7 pro using ashampoo and always get error messages

It is important to post the error message so that people trying to help will have a better understanding by reading the error message.

Meanwhile, try this iso burning program........
Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool

Scroll down to Installation heading and run the tool. Save the program, if you want. It might come in handy next time.
Method is extremely simple and effective.
I used that for Vista, Windows7 and Windows 8.

I suggest you get a copy of ImgBurn. It has an excellent Icon menu of various tasks you can do.
