Hello All;

I allowed Google to install their desktop search engine but desire to be able to switch between the two. I'm lost as to how to return the search configuration back to its original settings; anyone?

Thanks;

Look in Control Panel for "Programs and Features".

Category View
- Programs >> Programs and Features
Icon view
- Programs and Features

Look to the left and you will see "Turn Windows features on or off".

I didn't see that setting in there. I as well have all but one setting in there turned on and the one that is NOT on isn't the search settings. Any other thoughts?

Thanks;

I wasn't able to find an option of switching back and forth, just the option to uninstall.

Completed - thanks

Thanks TrainableMan;

I was looking in the Windows Features Install/Uninstall; wrong place. As you said, it's simply in the applications Add/Remove as "Google Desktop". ;-)
