It's not easy to change the color of Windows 7 startup text as it is hard coded. But still you want to change it you have to edit authui.dll file. But there is a problem as this file will be updated you will get default white color.

What i must edit in authui.dll for color change? I will copy authui.dll for use in all of my PC's, save a copy in flash drive for use after updates.

Try this simple search.

As for restoring the file after updates that probably won't be acceptable. You will likely have to reapply your changes to the new updated file, each time it changes, not just go back to the old file.
