Cant download Photos from Apple SE

Newer Apple SE, I cant get my Win7 PC to recognize the phone so I can download my pictures. I downloaded my pictures a few weeks ago & then yesterday it would not recognize it. My win 10 will download the pictures just fine. Any ideas what happened, it doesn’t show up at all even though the PC gives the double beep when plugging it in or removing it.

It may be how the drive is formatted or you may just need to assign a drive letter. Plug the phone in & Run diskmgmt.msc then post a screen snip here. If you can see the drive (of the phone) in the volume list but it does not have a drive letter then right-click on it & assign a letter. If it does not show up then try plugging it in to a different USB port.
