Cannot Play Videos (Dufus Mode)

This shows how often I play videos on the PC!

I've had Win7 installed now for 2 1/2 months. A bit of a record for me, I was having major issues originally (put it down to user errors).
Anyway, one of the first things I do is remove WMP.
I went to play a video yesterday and couldn't understand why it wouldn't play.
A quick look in Programs and Features and I discovered I hadn't even installed VLC Player yet! DOH!! :flute:

Don't mean to hijack the thread (sorry Elmer)...!

How can I use any of these smilies in an email? (without downloading any programs, if possible), especially the one Nibs is using at the end of his post (pcguru).
