I need a crash dump. The only other thing that I can think of is to update your BIOS.

ok mate, if you have any other ideas let me know because i can only update my bios when i get my external HD in hands and i will have to think if i realy want give an try on update my BIOS because in the worst case I'll have to spend 1200 dollars to get a new motherboard without counting eight days waiting for the motherboard. in my Country that is the price for my MOBO so is very expensive to me

Mate I need some advice ( im doing the backup of my files into my external HD ) theses bellow are a few options for me:
1° Upgrade my Bios. Risk - I can lose my MOBO even with an dual BIOS it seems have still people that lose the MOBA after doing an upgrade, also i never did an Moba upgrade so idk what could happens, if i lose my MOBA i gonna spend 1200 dollars to have an new MOBA and w8 8 days. Idk if i will have to format my PC if i lose my MOBA also.
2° Upgrade my HD firmeware same problem above Risk - i think i gonna spend around 700 dollars if i lose it and for sure i gonna have to format my PC
3º Spend 100 dollars to put my PC in technical assistance, technical assistance certainly will not be able to solve any problem about the software (think anyone in the city where I live has advanced knowledge about the power kernel 41) more can swap the parts and see if would be a problem heating, electricity, UPS or incompatibility. Risk - you never know who is putting the hands on your PC in my city is realy hard find PC like mine most PCs still i3 or even dualcore.
4° Hiring an electrician technician and see if the problem is not being caused by some energy deficiency in my house. Buy 2 DPS of 100 dollars each to prevent electrical surges on the power board of my room. Risk - lose 200 dollars

Mate,

At the end of the day it is your choice.
Something that I always prefer is creating a DOS boot disk to update the BIOS. I have never trusted the updater via Windows.

Why I think the MOBO is the problem is because GigaByte addressed an issue in their BIOS update, and basically we have tried everything else, not to mention you are not getting any crash dump files.
If you update the Firmware on a Hard drive it will wipe the drive, so if you intend on doing that backup all your data.

Sorry I don't know anything about power filtering.

Could you make an guide step by step to me update my BIOS ? the safe way if possible, also explain to me what could happens and what i do if happens

Before you flash the BIOS make sure that the Intel USB 3.0 Driver is installed.

Download the manual from the GigaByte web site and follow the instructions in the manual for your motherboard.
In the english version it is chapter 5 Updating the BIOS with the Q-Flash Utility.

I strongly suggest that you DO NOT use the Windows BIOS updater.

How are things going?
I was checking BIOS/Firmware versions and noticed that maybe your ST310005 28AS needed a Firmware update. Maybe that is why it is not writing a crash dump file.
Could you please download the Drive Detect software and check please.

IMPORTANT!!! A Firmware update on a Hard Drive will WIPE the drive. So back everything up FIRST!

So another idea, as we are not getting a crash dump file for some reason, after you have tried the above, please install this Hot Fix from Microsoft.

Hey mate sorry dint reply early I have not done anything yet because I have to prepare myself for the worst case scenario would be that I get a week without a computer, I have to do the update when I can be out of work for at least 1 week. If my MOBO stop working u suggest I buy the same MOBO?

The type of mono depends on you and the amount of money you are willing to spend. Maybe try the Hot fix first.

ok so you suggest i do the fix then i do the BIOS update then the HD update right ? also i wanna spend like the same money on the mobo maybe i could spend a little more but not much more

Yes, please do the Hot fix to see if it will help generate a crash dump file when the system crashes, first. Wait for the system to crash. If that still doesn't work try the HD BIOS update, but remember it will most likely wipe the HD.
And lastly the MOBO BIOS.
If your looking at mobo's I would suggest a mobo with support for SSD's.

i will do the HD update like late resort, i think this GA has suport to SSD i dont mind buy becouse i gonna need an HUGE SSD and a huge SSD is expensive becouse my library of music programs are like 300-350 gigas only for music library

I tryed update my BIOS today was Scary..... i used the file Z87XUD3H.F9 and ot told me it was out date then i choose ok and then i choose exit Qflash and my Screen goes Black and i start to Panic then i decide turn off the PC and looks everything fine, idk what to do since i think it was the last update on the website

Also before i update i turned the verifier off and after the try on update i checked the BIOS and it still on F3.

What i did in order to update is make sure only 1 file was in Pendrive Z87XUD3H.F9 and it was slow formarted FAT 32 and after i restart i choosed END to use QFlash i could join the bios first and then use QFlash but i choose directly go to QFlash.

Hey mate it works i even make an Video about it where you can see what kind of sound my PC do when the turn off / crash , before i did when i used autoruns trying unmarked all applications my PC crash 2-3 times, i was an scare move do the bios with all those crashs but i did anyway here is the Video , after i did the Bios Update my PC restart 2 times and when it turn Up i have to restart Again because winsdowns ask me, when turn on again it was saying i got an wrong copy of Win i have to use Remove Wat 2.26 to fix, also i think with all those restarts he put on default my Bios so my internal Graphic Card is on right now since my ram is 19,9 and without the internal Graphic Card is 20,0.

PS: The loudest noise in the video was me, bumping into something, I was stressed

What you think about put my PC in safe mode again just for see if its not an hardware problem, how many days should i w8 in safe mode ? the last time i put for 4 days and no crash,

when i crash at 04/02/2014 11:36:44 i tryed let my PC in Safe mode for 4 days and the problem did not happen to crash for like 4 days than i had to restart becouse i cant work on safe more and it dint crash for another 3 days then i had and crash on 11/02/2014 17:40:02 and several Crashs on 12/02/2014 13:24:46.
