So McAfee is the problem..?

Also, how do I read the minidump .dmp files to figure this stuff out on my own?

Most likely, or ZoneAlarm. Both are involved in those crashes in your dump files. Running concurrent third-party security solutions tends to cause crashes for a lot of people, not to mention these specific ones.

You can download BlueScreenView to open dumps.

Thank you very much, I uninstalled/reinstalled McAfee and and removed everything else - I haven't noticed any degradation in speed or internet browsing so all seems well. Thanks for the quick reply too
