Hello there,
I need help badly...
Messed up my own computer this time  and my last backup is quite old (shame on me!! Should know better )
It started with me dump ass forgetting my admin-password...
Tried to fix it and apparently messed up SAM...
Now all I get is a BSOD reading this:
Stop:c00002e3 Security accounts manager initialization failed because of following error:
a device connected to the system does not work
error status: 0xc0000001

Unfortunately there is no Minidump either....

Can anybody help me, please???
Thx,
LittleX

If you can still access your system, can you see if small memory dumps are enabled (tutorial here), as that will provide some more information for people to check over :)

Thanks for the reply, Ian, but I got it fixed...
Thanks to dual boot system (and a "Hail Mary") I was able to just copy an older SAM-file into the config-folder of the corrupted system...
After rebooting the computer and happily noticing that everything is working fine, take an educated guess, what I did? Yepp, I did a backup of the entire system :)
Although being a true blonde I am able to learn from my mistakes :)
Problem solved...
Thanks for your assistance,
LittleX

Glad you've got it fixed (and made backup!) :)
