Hey there. I've moved your post to a new thread here so it can be dealt with independently of others' issues.

1) Update the Realtek HD Audio driver from here:

RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Fri Jan 29 01:48:35 2010

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

2) Completely uninstall the notorious Norton/Symantec in safe mode using the tool found here:

AV Uninstallers

Reboot and install MSE to replace it.

3) Update all of your Logitech hardware drivers for everything you have, including camera, gamepad, mouse, keyboard, etc:

LVUSBS64 LVUSBS64.sys Sat Jul 26 11:06:36 2008
LV302V64 LV302V64.SYS Thu Apr 30 18:43:26 2009

4) Should be alright after doing these things. Please let me know how it goes and/or post a new crash dump so we can see what you may have missed doing...

Enjoy.
