First, I am not a bluescreen expert and there is nothing, as a novice, in your DMP that jumps out at me as the problem so I will be general based on the other information you provided...

There is a setting in Windows Updates that tells it to treat Recommended Updates the same as Critical Updates; if drivers are included in an update it is because they slipped in with that setting. If they helped you restore your old drivers but never disabled that setting then the driver would simply reinstall at the next update. So turn that off and then, assuming they told you which driver was the problem, in control panel>device manager rollback the problem driver.
WinUpdateSettings.jpg

For many computers Catalyst Control Center (CCC) causes issues, so if the problem is your video driver then I suggest you uninstall it and try the "driver only" installation.

atikmdag.sys is your video driver.

As I said, what you need to do is uninstall the ATI drivers using Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then reinstall the latest video driver from http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx but make sure you select to install the driver ONLY, do not let it install the Catalyst Control Center.
