belkin easy transfer cable

will i have any problems transferring all the stuff from my 4 year old toshiba satellite with intel celeron M /windows vista basic to a new windows 7 laptop with either 32 bit or 64 bit processor? i wrote an earlier post but i dont think it went thru. thanks for any help...im not too hi tech now....
