Sony Vaio F Series laptop (i7 720, 6gig ram, Windows 7 Home Premium, etc)
CD Rom is a Sony Blu Ray drive. I'm not sure how far back it happened, but my CD-Rom's autorun feature has stopped working correctly.
When I insert a disk, the select what you would like to do dialog pops up, but the software does not auto install. So, when I insert computer software into the drive, it does not autorun the install or setup .exe, but instead gives me an option to explore the drive, open it with my audio player, etc.
I've verified the autorun settings in the reg. I've checked the default settings in the control panel (i've even gone so far as to reset to default), and nothing helps.
