Windows 7 upgrading to Windows10

I used a Rufus installation usb to install Windows 10 to my Windows 7 HP laptop. The first time I ran the program I checked the box "Keep all files" but the installation failed. I reran it and tried to uncheck "Keep all files" box without success. How can I uncheck it when I run the installation again
