SOLVED Windows 7 Driver Needed

currently i have widnows xp pro installed and i m planning to remove xp and install win 7 ultimate 32 bit but the problem is that i don't have drivers for my motherboard. can somebody please provide my following drivers:

1. sound driver
Realtek ALC883 @ Intel 82801GB ICH7 - High Definition Audio Controller [A-1]

2. lan driver
Realtek RTL8169/8110 Family Gigabit Ethernet NIC (currently installed )

The Realtek XP drivers are different than the Windows 7 drivers, so be sure what you have is for Windows 7.

Also, be sure to download all the latest correct drivers for your motherboard's chipset, video card, etc., for the version of Windows 7 i.e. 32-bit or 64-bit. Store them on a thumb drive or external hard drive prior to the Windows 7 install.
