SOLVED window 7 home 64 bit slowing down

my G60 hp wd 7 is slowing down it takes forever to do anything on it any help on what I can do to speed it up

Scan for viruses. Check msconfig and see what programs are running at startup, possibly some can be removed (post the list and we can help). If it is your browser that seems slower than remove unused toolbars and clear the cache.

Sorry it took so long to get back I've been real busy.
I cleaned up some stuff and it works better now
