win 7 keep crashing and some other problem

Hello, I've recently installed a windows 7 64-bit version.
Updated drivers from manufacturer's site (video,sound,chipset)
and installed a game for some performance check ( Call Of Duty 4.)
after maximum 30 minutes of playing it the pc freezes and a reboot is needed.
(as i mentioned at the beginning, drivers ARE updated.)
And its not a heat problem as-well, how do i fix this?

and another little thing, i activated the windows and after a while got a message, something like this "27 days left to activate the Windows."
but the thing is, i already did, and even the control panel says "Windows is activated."
(the message appeared just 1 time 2 days ago.)

what do i supposed to do with those dmp files?
and why do u think its related to the memory?

edit: it told me to click 'continue' to get a perament access to the folder and i did.
and the folder is empty .. :|

I'm sorry, I can't give lectures to everyone in doubts. Just attach the .dmp's and the info I ask.

RAM is slightly wrong, currently 820Mhz 5-5-5-15 while it's rated DDR800Mhz 5-5-5-14 1.8v.

Bios setup > DRAM. Then re-attach the MEMORY tab.

OH MY GOD, i forgot to set the frequency on 800MHz

didnt help, my pc still crashes.

EDIT : nothing changed since i opened the threat, except the lower amount of time before the pc crashes (if that fact is important.)
