can daemon and alcohol work on windows 7 irrespective of 32 bit or 64 bit processors?

Welcome to the forums anjan! As far as I know, Deamon Tools now works in Windows 7 (although it didn't initially).

Ian, what are the advantages of those tools to VirtualBox, which you had recommended before.? And would there be a problem if I have virtual machines by different programs at the same computer?
