Video thumbnails oddity

Anyone have any ideas why the thumbnail view for videos I've collected
are displayed upside-down? Other thumbnails such as pictures are
displayed correctly. The videos play properly also.

Not a big deal, just annoying.

There are video formats, where some codec reverses the image.

It might be DIVX, but I'm not sure, as I don't collect video.

There is GSPOT, and at least one other media identification
utility. You could start, by dropping the video with the problem,
on the media identifier tool, and find out what video CODEC is involved.
Then Google for "<codec-name> upside-down" or whatever.
