Uninstalling App

I would like to uninstall an application, but the application does not show up in the Add / Remove programs list. A while back I went and deleted it from there manually (don't know why I did this). Any ideas on how to uninstall the application? It is Evernote and does not have an Uninstall option in it's program folder in the Start menu.
