Unexplained bsod

I have been having a bluescreen every since i got this computer in 09 and it bugs me, I think it is my ram but I am not sure. My computer bluesreen's every time my memory usage gets to high, or randomly during normal use. I have attached some memory dumps, The bluescreen happens constantly about 3-6 times a day.

specs:
Motherboard: asus m4a785-m
Processor: AMD Athlon II x4 620 processor
Ram: 4 GB ddr2
Videocard: Nvidia Geforce gts250

Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (4 procs) Free x64

Please remove:
Asus PCProbe and AISuite Utilities

Please update:
Norton 360 / NIS
LAN Driver: Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
