The Vista drivers are located on the follow page and they should work in Windows 7 :

http://www.sony.co.in/support/download/product/vgn-cr363/modelfirst

Be sure to run Windows Update first as that will download most drivers that you'll need automatically. You won't need to download drivers for all the components.

You could try Vista compatibility mode to see if that works (https://www.w7forums.com/application-compatibility-mode-t314.html) but if it's specific laptop utilities then you may need to wait for Sony to provide updates.
