Someone is hacking into my computer via cell phone:

Hello & Thanks ,
Someone is hacking into my computer using their phone .
They are coming in thru my TimeWarnerCable Router/Modem .
I notice them in Network Folder .
They keep changing their mac address .

Is there a way to stop them ?
Is there a way to track them ?

Changing the mac address is not something most people can do so if you are in a populated area it is more likely it is many different people/devices.

I'm guessing you have a wireless (wi-fi) router/modem? If so, it may have been set up wide open with no security. What you want to do is log on to the wireless router (contact Time Warner if you don't know how) and you want to enable encryption, preferably WPA-2 if all the devices you use support it. But even better than enabling encryption is to enter a list of approved mac addresses of all the devices in your house (your phones, playstation, wii, laptops etc that you use to access your wi-fi connection) then no devices not on the list can use your wi-fi. This can make it tough if you have family come over and want to use your wi-fi though.
