Outlook Addresses

In Word 7 when I click on the icon for Profile Outlook for anmes and addresses for an envelope, Word stops working.
This didn't happen with Word 2000.
How can I cure it?
I cannot find an answer on the internet.

When you say "Word 7", do you mean "Word 2007" or the new "Word 2010" ? And could you post a screenshot of Word pointing out this icon. I have Word 2007 but I am unfamiliar with "icon for Profile Outlook for names and addresses" so I don't know how to try to simulate your experience.

Word and Outlook

Yes it is Word 2007 from Office 2007.
The little icon when connected for envelopes (attached) and opnes to show "outlook" as the address book, but Word stops working when I try to access the addressses in Outlook.
I hope the three attachments are with this message.

When I did it it opened up my address book.

Under Office Tools (may need to install them) there is a diagnostic program, you might try running that.
