SOLVED outlook 2010 standard user account send problem

I am new to Outlook. I have Outlook 2010.

I was able to set up email account to work on Administrator Account but when I tried to do the same on my Standard User Account it will not send mail out.

I only use Admin when installing programs all other puter work is done from Standard User Account

Using POP3

Did you install Outlook 2010 on the standard user account? New accounts are like a new computer in essence's, and you have to install software on those new accounts as if they were a new computer in order to use the software.

Awesome!!!!

I am not familiar with how to install on just that one account but I will give it a go. Will uninstall from the computer then change standard account to admin. and install from there. Wish me luck
