OT: Powersaving is Slowing Me Down?
Not Win7 but I have pondered... the laptop dims out after 5 minutes, then
hibernates after 10 minutes. So I'm sitting there wondering, how often is
the CPU tasking a clock chip? I'd like to squeeze out an extra dozen?
hundred?? million??? clock cycles.
I know I can just shut off powersaving. With an Intel Core Duo 2.22gHz CPU
at any given second I could never even notice, I just have my suspicions!
