operation cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer

Hello

I have a problem on windows 7 and office 2010. When we click on a hyperlink i
an email we get the following pop up, "operation canceled due t
restrictions in effect on this computer Contract your administrator&quot

i have tried uninstalling Office, IE8, I have also tried the following fix
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049 including both the self and automate
fixes but not luck. i have tried exporting the registry entry from a workin
machine and no chang

If some one could please help me as this is really annoying

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
